• 通信信息：你与我们联系时提供的邮件内容、附件与沟通记录。
• 设备与日志信息：IP 地址、浏览器类型、操作系统、访问时间、崩溃日志、错误信息、性能数据等。
• 使用信息：你在服务内的功能使用情况、交互行为（例如点击、页面访问、生成请求次数等）。

我们可能出于以下目的使用你的个人信息：

• 提供与维护服务（登录、同步、生成/处理内容、存储与检索等）；

• Content data: your Input (text, prompts, files, images) and generated Output, drafts, and saved projects.
• Communications: messages you send to us (e.g., support emails) and attachments.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, OS, access time, crash logs, error logs, performance metrics.
• Usage data: feature usage and interactions within the Service.

We may use personal information to:

• provide and maintain the Service (authentication, sync, generation/processing, storage and retrieval);
• process payments, billing, refunds, and disputes;
• provide customer support and troubleshoot issues;

Important: Unless you explicitly opt in, we do not use your Content to train our own AI models and we do not allow third parties to train on your Content.

• payment and billing providers (e.g., Paddle) for payments, taxes (if applicable), refunds, and reconciliation;
• cloud infrastructure and storage providers;
• AI model/inference providers to deliver AI features (your Input and necessary context may be sent to such providers to generate Output);
• analytics/monitoring providers for reliability and performance (preferably minimized and/or de-identified).

We may transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale, subject to applicable law.

We do not publicly disclose personal information unless required by law or you consent.

We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations or lawful requests.

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, provide essential functionality, protect security, and measure performance.

You can manage cookies via browser settings, but some features may not work properly.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law (e.g., transaction and audit records). We delete or anonymize data when retention is no longer necessary.
